It was an absolutely amazing stay during weekend to Hanoi. It had an absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice setting just next door to St Joseph's Cathedral, an alley which provides a quieter entryway and the old Center of town. And I was located in historic area. The host made me feel at home. Private bathroom was nice looking.

our stay at la ava's home was beyond amazing. the friendly host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even setting up an extra bed for our toddler. the room was spacious, clean, and much bigger than expected. the location was perfect for families, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and a short walk to the lake.
A minor inconvenience, but the bathroom could have been cleaner.

We got great value for our money at La Ava's Home. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was excellent, right near the Cathedral in the Old Quarter. The staff, especially Ava, were extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative. They made our stay truly enjoyable.
The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Local breakfasts were mind-blowing, with a wide variety of options to try. The excellent location near the Cathedral in the Old Quarter was super convenient for exploring. The main lady's English skills were a pleasant surprise and she was extremely communicative and willing to help. Having a fridge in the room was a great convenience. The hot water in the beautifully finished bathroom was jaw-dropping.

As a solo traveler, I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Ava's Home. Ava and her family went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience. They provided transportation services, gave me great recommendations, and even helped with my heavy suitcase. The location in the center of Old Town Hanoi was fantastic, making it easy for me to explore the city on foot. The room was spacious and cozy, with both a fan and AC unit to keep me comfortable.
